Today we received an update on Lily! The last time we got this it was April. She has put on 2.5 pounds, and grown 2 inches taller. I can't wait until we can hold her and love on her. We are currently waiting for our agency to call and tell us we can travel.

About Us

I am Stephanie and have been married to my amazing husband Shawn for 12 years. We have 2 biological boys who are 7 and 5. Shawn works full time as a police officer and also in the Army Reserves. I currently work as a Medical assistant for an OB/GYN part time. From the beginning of our relationship we talked about adoption. It has always been something that we let God take control of. Well, He has made our dreams a reality now. I am starting this blog late in the process but feel that better late then never.
